3.1 Customers must provide clear references and descriptions for commissioned artwork.
3.2 Payment must be made upfront or as agreed upon in a payment plan.
3.3 Turnaround time varies depending on the complexity of the request and our workload.
4.1 We accept payments via GoDaddy POS, PayPal.
4.2 Refunds are only issued if we are unable to complete your commission.
4.3 If a commission is canceled by the client after work has begun, only a partial refund may be granted based on the progress made.
5.1 Personal-use commissions cannot be resold, edited, or used for commercial purposes without permission.
5.2 Commercial-use commissions require a separate agreement outlining terms and licensing fees.
5.3 We reserve the right to display commissioned works in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.
6.1 We do not accept commissions involving hate speech, explicit adult content, or illegal material.
6.2 We reserve the right to refuse any commission request at our discretion.
7.1 We are not responsible for any loss, damages, or issues arising from the use of our artwork beyond its intended purpose.
